Our story
Experience first.
Tavo comes from owners who have worked in the solar energy business for more than 30 years. In that time we have sold, supported and installed solar equipment for RVs, vans, cabins and off-grid homes.
We started Tavo to put our own name on a line of products we are confident in. We choose each product for how it performs in real systems, how it is built and how well it works with the other parts of a setup.
The line begins with a 200W rigid glass solar panel. Charge controllers and more are planned, so a complete Tavo system can grow from a single panel.
That is the idea behind the name. Your power should go where you go, from a quiet campsite to a cabin at the end of a gravel road.

How do I say Tavo?
Tavo is pronounced TAY-voh, with a long A like in "table."
What systems is the 200W panel made for?
It suits 12V battery systems in RVs, vans, cabins and off-grid setups. At 20.6 V and 9.7 A at the maximum power point, it charges a 12V battery through a solar charge controller. Always size your controller and wiring to the full system.
What connectors and cable does the panel use?
The panel has 2.5 mm² (#14 AWG) cables, 35.4 inches (900 mm) long, with MC4 connectors and an IP67 junction box.
What is the warranty?
